If you have a premium subscription, you can access a list of all payment transactions and individual invoices for each transaction. Each invoice can be produced as a printable version.
How to access the history of payments
- Log in to your TraceMyIP account
- Using the main console menu, navigate to [My Account] => [Status]
- Scroll the page down until you see a “Current Subscription” section
- For a last payment invoice, click on the [Last Invoice] link
- For a list of all transactions and a link Click on the “Transactions” link. You can print or export each invoice by clicking on the PRINT link
The list of transactions will show recurring payments attempt failures, successes, payment method updates, subscription cancellations, and renewals.
The subscription payment information is also accessible when an account’s subscription is not active or canceled. Access to the history of payments will be available from the subscription renewal page.
