If you are having issues with your login information you have 2 options:
- If you have your user ID available, you can recover your password by entering your login ID. Your primary login ID is your email address. If you are an authorized user, the User ID would be a username string but not an email address.
* If you opt to have your password emailed to you, it is advisable that you immediately delete the incoming email message or update your password. - If you have lost your Login ID, you will need to contact us and provide a website address where you have your visitor tracker code installed. If you’re having trouble logging in using your user ID and password
Here are some steps you can take to try and recover or reset them
Check Your Email – If you’ve forgotten your user ID or password, check the email address you used to sign up. It may contain the initial service sign-up message where your user ID and a temporary password were provided.
Check Browser or Password Manager – If you’ve saved your login credentials in your web browser or a password manager, you might be able to retrieve your user ID and password from there.
Check Physical Records – If you’ve written down your user ID or password somewhere, like in a notebook or on a sticky note, check those physical records.
Create a New Account – If you’re unable to recover your old account, you might need to create a new one using a different email address.
Keep your login credentials secure and avoid using easily guessable passwords. Using a password manager to store and generate strong passwords can be a helpful practice for the future.
