If you have already created a TraceMyIP account and are currently using TraceMyIP website visitor tracker software, you can send us technical support requests as follows:
- Login to your TraceMyIP account
- Navigate to “My Account > Open/View Support Ticket(s)“
- Click on “Submit a support ticket“
- Choose the priority of your request. Premium accounts will be given priority due to the volume of requests. Free subscription accounts are handled following the premium subscription requests or replied to shortly if the request cue is low.
- Submit a title as an issue brief description, in the description field specify the exact steps to replicate an issue and provide a Project URL in the applicable text box below the description input text box. If you have any screen captures that show an issue or describe a question, submit a file of the following types: .gif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.rar, *.csv, *.xls, *.doc, *.txt, *.pdf, *.zip, *.php
Maximum file size can be up to 2023 Kb (1.98 Mb)
If you do not have a TraceMyIP account, you can submit any questions by using a “Guest Contact Form“
